Prior to finalizing a settlement, KCC consults with counsel and develops a comprehensive project plan that will allow for a predictable and cost-efficient implementation of the elements of a settlement, as agreed to by the parties involved. The consultation addresses all case elements including, but not limited to:

• Planning data gathering and management processes
• Designing and implementing a media and notice plan strategy
• Developing a content-rich, case-specific website
• Handling of class member claims
