Class Member Data Management

KCC works closely with clients to assist with class member identification and collection. Our consultants and technology specialists design a case-specific database of class member data to facilitate quality, cost-effective noticing. Through various collection methods, KCC creates a master mailing list to reduce time and costs associated with managing class member records. We offer the following:

• Securely and accurately translate class member data into our case management system
• Identify, gather and update class member records by enlisting address-locator services, as appropriate
• Set up dedicated communication channels such as a toll-free number, IVR, website, email address, P.O. Box, etc., for class member communications
