Steven Weisbrot serves as an expert source on trends and developments within the class action community with special emphasis on consumer and employment class action litigation. He maintains a particular expertise on forced Arbitration provisions and class action ban clauses. Steven draws upon his former experience as a litigator at several leading law firms where his work included complex damages cases, consumer class actions as well as Federal Fair Labor Standards Act litigation. While in practice he was named as a Rising Star by Superlawyers for three consecutive years.
