KCC offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees. Healthcare Coverage
KCC offers both employees and dependants coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance. Health coverage is provided through Blue Cross which offers flexible HMO or PPO options; Vision insurance is through VSP and covers annual exams along with discounts on lenses, frames and contacts and Dental insurance through Delta Dental that has an extensive network of dentists.
401(k) Savings Program
Administered through Fidelity Investments, KCC offers a company match of 100% of your contributions up to 3% of your base salary and 50% of your contributions on the next 2% of your base salary. The funds can be allocated into a variety of investment funds with different levels of risk. Employee contributions and the employer match are vested at 100%.
Flexible Spending Accounts
To take advantage of tax savings, KCC offers flexible spending accounts through ADP.
Life Insurance
KCC offers Group Term and Voluntary life insurance plans through the Hartford Life Insurance Company.
Disability
KCC offers Long Term and Short Term Disability insurance plans through the Hartford Life Insurance Company.
Commuter Benefits
This program allows you to take advantage of tax savings on some of the mass transit transportation expenses that you incur for your commute to work.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
KCC offers a 15% discount on the Fair Market Value (FMV) of Computershare shares.
Vacation
KCC offers full-time employees vacation pay beginning with their first pay period on a prorated basis, at the rate of two weeks per year. We understand how important it is to take some time away from work to recharge your batteries and spend quality time with family and friends.
KCC 'Green' Program
KCC promotes ride-sharing to cut down on emissions, reduce traffic and save employees commuter time and fuel costs. It also shares monthly 'green' tips to help employees do their part to preserve the environment.
