As a Consultant, Alvaro provides case administration support on a number of corporate restructuring cases. In addition to responding to creditor inquiries, Alvaro maintains case dockets, reviews proofs of claim and performs administrative quality control on various projects.

He has worked on a number of Chapter 11 cases including most recently Blockbuster Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, Energy Conversion Devices and Grubb & Ellis Company.

Alvaro earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona

Leticia Salas

As a Senior Consultant, Leticia manages the day-to-day intricacies of the claims administration process. With over five years of experience in the corporate restructuring industry, Leticia assists professionals with the compilation of Schedules and SOFAs and prepares the affidavits of service and other administrative reports. She has worked on Chapter 11 engagements such as Arctic Glacier International Inc., Blockbuster Inc., Premier International (Six Flags) and Washington Mutual, Inc.

Leticia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.

Leanne V. Scott

As Senior Consultant, Leanne supervises Project Specialists and Consultants on several of KCC's active corporate restructuring engagements.

Leanne oversees the day-to-day management of Chapter 11 cases including American LaFrance, LLC, BSCV, Inc., Charter Communications, Inc., DBSI Inc., Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc and Motor Coach Industries International, Inc.

She has been instrumental during the case administration process by establishing case websites at the onset of engagements, coordinating printing and distribution of case documents, managing ballot tabulation and coordinating creditor disbursements.

Leanne graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

David M. Sharp

With over 20 years of global securities experience, David brings substantial expertise to his role as Director.

As Director of Public Securities Services, David has overseen subscriptions and distributions, managed treatment elections, and supervised securities voting in cases such as Magna Entertainment, Greektown Holdings, Special Devices Inc., Idearc, Lear Corp, Eurofresh, Premier International, Landsource Communities Development, Bally Total Fitness, Washington Mutual, Tronox, Constar International, Seahawk Drilling, Truvo, Network Communications and Paper International.

Prior to joining KCC, David was Vice President of Financial Balloting Group LLC where he specialized in Chapter 11 voting procedures, advising attorneys and other professionals on subscription and election mechanics in corporate restructuring engagements, specifically as they relate to publicly held securities.

In addition, he was the firm’s international expert for non-U.S. procedure advisement, as well as handling foreign securities in domestic cases. David has worked on U.S. cases such as Dura, Enron, Movie Gallery and WorldCom and International engagements including Northern Offshore, Telewest and United Pan Europe.

As a Global Voting Specialist at Innisfree M&A Inc., David managed all technical aspects of the tabulation department, overseeing client tabulations, including votes for bankruptcy proceedings, annual meetings, special meetings and contested elections. He also assisted in the development and implementation of new voting procedures for insolvency engagements in the United States, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Bermuda.

David received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He has a working knowledge of Spanish and German languages.
