Stefanie serves as the primary point of contact for clients and manages the intricacies of the class action settlement administration process. She has successfully advised clients on the claims administration process for several consumer, employment and securities class actions.

Having served as a professional consultant for more than five years, Stefanie possesses substantial industry knowledge and is able to execute settlements efficiently. She has worked on several notable cases including Cassese v. Washington Mutual, Inc. and the Progress Energy Shareholder Litigation.

Stefanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Evan Gershbein

As Senior Vice President, Evan contributes a broad range of experience and in-depth knowledge to the corporate restructuring process. During his tenure at KCC, Evan has managed the claims administration and noticing process for over 25 clients, including Circuit City, Delphi Corporation, Magna Entertainment, MSR Resort, Nebraska Book Company, New Century Financial and Workflow Management.

In addition to managing cases and consultants, Evan also serves on various committees to enhance the overall quality of KCC’s client services, while cultivating an efficient and enjoyable internal team environment. Evan acts as a liaison to the Production and Technology departments to develop synergies and foster seamless communications with the Corporate Restructuring division. In addition, Evan serves on the User Acceptance Team which provides updates and improvements to KCC's various technology platforms and case websites. As a member of KCC’s Professional Development Committee, he identifies and implements training programs and procedures to facilitate the professional growth of corporate restructuring consultants.

Admitted to practice law in California, Evan earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UCLA. Evan began his professional career as a judicial extern for the Honorable Vincent Zurzolo, Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.

Gordon, Francine - Director, Corporate Restructuring Services T: 310.751.1815
Francine Gordon

Francine is a veteran of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy and claims administration industry with nearly 20 years of experience.

As a Director of Corporate Restructuring Services, Francine works with clients to ensure that they receive high-quality services tailored to their unique needs. Francine is a key player on KCC's Business Development Team. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded the administration of several Chapter 11 cases including Revco D.S. Inc., PharMor, McCrory Stores and HomePlace Stores, Inc.

Currently, she serves as the Recruitment Director for the International Board of IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation) and serves on the Steering Committee for the IWIRC NorthEast Ohio Chapter.

She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association. Prior to joining KCC, Francine was one of the chief executives of a national claims administration consulting firm.

Jeff Gyomber

As a Senior Consultant for Class Action Services, Jeff oversees the claims administration processes and procedures while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. With experience in project management, media planning, staff training and claims administration, Jeff brings experience and insight into the company’s specialized claims management systems.

Jeff has managed nearly 100 settlement administration projects with class sizes ranging from 20 to more than 4 Million. In total, he has overseen projects that resulted in the distribution of more than $400 million in settlement payments to class members, attorneys, government agencies, and cy pres recipients as well as non-cash awards to nearly 300,000 class members. Jeff has leveraged his consulting experience in managing cases such as Connectivity Systems v. National City Bank, Salvas v. Wal-Mart Stores, Williams A. Ambulance v. Ford Motor Company and People v. H&R Block.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
